Good Hotel, Great location but terrible Room Cleaning
This hotel is great, the location couldn't be better very close to the Central Station and the Tivoli Park, Supermarket and eateries close by.The breakfast is also very good, friendly and helpful staff, free coffee, tea and buiscuits all day . A good choice in Copenhagen !!
My experience in this hotel was almost perfect but unfortunately it wasn't because the cleaning in my room simply never happened ! I spent 3 nights there and nobody took the trash out or made the beds, I even had to ask for more toillet paper at the reception. The worse was when I talked about it the recepcionist told me that I should have requested for the room cleaning and as I did not the housekeeping didn't do it. He also said that this information was explained to me when I did the Check in, and I give my word that no one told me this rule ! Well, I understand that the hotel is worried about saving water, and enviroment politcs, but not making the bed one single day is extremely disgusting and unacceptable.

Easy access from the airport via train. Double room small, lift access to all floors . Worth downloading train app as c
Easy walk to central station, therefore easy to get around on transport and ferries . Also able to walk around to access many places. Enjoyed to courtyard and happy hour. Staff very helpful. Supermarket and eateries close by
